West Nashville TN Belle Meade, Sylvan Park area Home Sales Statistics – 2013 Market Report

West Nashville TN  Belle Meade, West Meade & Sylvan Park area home sales have increased this year in both volume and median price!  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 11.6% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the past 7 years!  This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Similarly, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2006.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and homes are selling faster than they have in 5 years!

Nashville TN Antioch, Cane Ridge, Nashboro Village and Airport area home sales have increased this year in both volume and median price!  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 8.6% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the past 3 years!  This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Similarly, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2009.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and homes are selling faster than they have in 6 years!
